Frequently asked questions
What makes your portraits different?
Most pet-portrait sites give you a bold, high-contrast oil-painting look. Ours are softer and more romantic, a gentle, dreamy impressionist style, set in beautiful places all around the world.
What if it doesn't look quite right?
Free preview first, then up to three free adjustments. Still off? Try a new photo — until it's unmistakably them.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship portraits globally with fully tracked shipping. Free shipping on all orders!
How long does it take to arrive?
Digital downloads are ready right away. Printed portraits typically ship within a few business days and arrive with tracked delivery.
Can I gift a portrait?
Yes. Most portraits find their way to someone else first. Add a note at checkout and we'll make it feel like a gift, not an order.
